We are delighted to add the Talktalk Business LLU network to our providers for FTTC, ADSL and DSL services. The characteristics of the TTB service will allow us to offer higher performance connections for a large number of our customer sites. All customers requiring higher bandwidth circuits will be offer free upgrades depending on availability. If higher performance is a business requirement for you please contact your account manager or sales@clearstreamgroup.co.uk.
Windows 10 Updates continue to cause traffc congestion and disruption on some of our ADSL services, and we are experiencing contention for the first time on some of our trunk circuits. We are working to alleviate the effects of Microsoft's new product distribution on our customers business traffic, and expect the current performance issue to abate shortly. More news will be posted soon.
The Cardiff Internet Exchange has been launched, with facilities available soon. Clearstream takes an active part in the local steering group, and is assisting 14 new LINX members achive full IP peering at the new Exchange.
Aided by the availability of Grant funding for new Service Providers interested in peering at IXCardiff, Clearstream are actively promoting and assisting our customers to connect. Contact sales@clearstreamgroup.co.uk for details.
Committed to providing the best customer experience in Data Centre facilities, Clearstream is shortly adding on-site "crash rooms" for visiting technical staff on those "all night jobs". Two ensuite bedrooms will be available for booking to make using our Church Village facility even more convenient.
This adds to our current compliment of break-out area, free refreshments, configuration room, goods receipt and storage, full kitchen and meeting facilities, and customer Wi-Fi.
